Are your courses Internationally Accredited?

Many of our courses are accredited by ICOES, the International Council for Online Educational Standards, which guarantees you a high standard of content with measurable outcomes from an ethically run training organisation.

Is The Career Academy a Registered Private Training Establishment?

No – The Career Academy is not a registered private training establishment with the Committee of Private Educators (CPE) in Singapore. Instead it has accreditation from a number of professional industry bodies such as the International Association of Bookkeepers, Institute of Certified Bookkeepers, XERO, MYOB and the International Council for Online Educational Standards.

Application for enrolment

A binding agreement shall arise between you and Career Academy Pte Ltd, when you accept the Terms and Conditions by completing the online application and enrolment process. The name that will appear on your invoice will be Career Academy Pte Ltd.

Enquiries & feedback

You will receive a complementary phone consultation with a course adviser when you request an Information Pack. The information you submit is secure and will not be sold for commercial purposes. You will also be automatically added to our enews database if you make an enquiry with The Career Academy. Please advise our administrator if you do not want to receive updates from The Career Academy.

The Career Academy really appreciates the feedback that you provide on completion of your course and uses this for course improvement and marketing purposes. Please let our administrator know if you would prefer that we did not use your feedback for marketing purposes

When does enrolment become official?

Enrolment becomes official once the student accepts our terms and condition and the student receives their Learning Platform log in details.

What happens if I want to cancel my course?

Students are encouraged to read the Career Academy Student Policy document to ensure that they are aware of their rights and responsibilities as a student with the Academy. Enrolment is confirmed once a student receives their Welcome email with their login details. The student has deemed to have received the email at the end of the working day and that will be their enrolment date. Cancellations within 14 days of the enrolment date will be entitled to a full money back guarantee. Refunds will only be processed on the 20th of the month. If you cancel after this time, you will be liable to pay the full amount outstanding. Requests for course cancellations or downgrades must be made by emailing info@careeracademy.sg and by contacting our Cancellations Ambassador.

Course material

You will receive your welcome email and online login details to access your course content within 48 hours of completion of your enrolment.

How long do I have to complete my course?

You will have up to six months to complete your Certificate.

Privacy Statement

We collect personal information from you, including information about your:

  • Name
  • Contact information
  • Billing or purchase information

 

We collect your personal information in order to enrol you in our courses.

 

Besides our staff, we share this information with our associated agencies as required to process student memberships and debt collection agencies should the need arise.

 

We keep your information safe by storing it securely and only allowing appropriately trained staff and relevant government authorities to access it.
